superbaji Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before opening an account or using any service at superbaji. This document is the basis of the agreement between you and us.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games and transactions on the superbaji platform ("Platform"). By accessing the Platform or registering an account, you are considered to have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.
General Provisions
1.1 Definitions
In these Terms, "we", "us" or "Platform" refers to superbaji. "You" or "member" refers to any registered user. "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, payment and related activities available on the Platform.
1.2 Changes to the Terms
superbaji reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the Platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. Members will be notified as far in advance as possible for significant changes.
1.3 Applicable Law
The applicable law will be followed in the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through discussion.
Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements
To open an account at superbaji, you must be 21 years of age or older. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. An account opened with false information may be closed at any time.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each member may hold only one account. Opening more than one account in the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonus balance in them will be forfeited. However, a decision on cash balance will be made after review.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login details — username and password — completely confidential. Any activity from your account will be treated as your own activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the superbaji support team immediately.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
superbaji may request a national ID card, passport or other documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. This process is for the security of all members.
Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount at superbaji is ৳200. You can use bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer to make deposits. When depositing, ensure the payment is made from your own account — deposits from another person's account or anonymous methods are not accepted.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are available via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer to BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and other registered Bangladeshi banks. Withdrawal processing typically takes 15 minutes to 2 hours.
3.3 Payment Restrictions
superbaji reserves the right to hold deposits or withdrawals in the event of any suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity. If a transaction is held, please contact the support team.
Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 in bonus and the total balance becomes ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount, meaning bets of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be placed.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus offer can be claimed once only, unless the offer's own terms state otherwise.
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
- While a bonus is active, only bets on games approved under the bonus terms will count.
- Each bonus offer has its own expiry date — unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
- superbaji reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.
4.3 Other Promotions
superbaji regularly offers various promotions — such as weekly reload bonuses, slot festival bonuses, cricket offers, birthday rewards and refer-a-friend rewards. Each promotion has specific terms and the bonus must be claimed in accordance with those terms. These promotions are not "free" or unconditional funds.
Gaming Rules
5.1 Fair Play Commitment
All games at superbaji are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No game outcome is predetermined and the Platform does not manipulate results in any way.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:
- Deliberately changing betting patterns to circumvent or abuse bonus terms.
- Using software, bots or automated methods to play games.
- Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the Platform's software.
- Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation.
- Engaging in any form of fraudulent or illegal activity.
5.3 Technical Issues
If a game is not completed due to server problems, internet disconnection or any other technical fault, superbaji follows a policy of cancelling that round and refunding the bet. However, this does not apply to outcomes that have already been determined.
VIP Program and Cashback
superbaji's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.3% at Silver, 0.5% at Gold, 0.6% at Platinum and 0.8% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated on the week's net losses.
For example, if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. VIP tier upgrades depend on active participation on the Platform. No specific bet amount targets are published.
Responsible Gaming
superbaji believes that gaming for entertainment should be enjoyed responsibly. We provide detailed guidance and tools in our Responsible Gaming guide to help members keep their gaming under control.
- Never treat gaming as a source of income.
- Never bet more than you can afford.
- If you feel you have a problem with gaming, set a deposit limit for yourself or temporarily close your account.
- Talk to family or friends and seek professional help if needed.
Use of superbaji by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. If you suspect a minor has accessed your account, notify our support team immediately.
Privacy and Data Protection
How your personal information is collected, used and stored is described in detail in superbaji's Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy, together with these Terms, forms an integral part of our agreement with you.
superbaji never sells your information to third parties. However, information may be provided to authorities when required by legal obligation or for fraud investigation.
Account Closure and Suspension
9.1 Closure at Member's Request
You may close your account at any time by notifying the support team. Please withdraw any available cash balance before closing your account.
9.2 Closure or Suspension by superbaji
superbaji may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of the Terms.
- Evidence of fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Account registration using false information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Being identified as a minor.
Support and Complaints
superbaji provides 24/7 support in Bengali and English via live chat and email. If you have a complaint or dispute, contact the support team first — most cases are resolved promptly.
If a dispute is not resolved after speaking with the support team, a formal complaints process will be followed. superbaji commits to responding to every complaint within a reasonable time.

Limitation of Liability
superbaji provides its services "as is" and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Services may be temporarily disrupted due to technical issues, maintenance or external causes.
superbaji is not liable for losses arising from events outside its direct control — such as natural disasters, government directives or third-party technology failures.
Mobile App Terms of Use
superbaji's Android and iOS apps are available through official channels. All provisions of these Terms apply equally to use of the app. Any transaction or bet made through the app is governed by these Terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the individual terms of each promotion together form the entire agreement between you and superbaji. If any promise made previously, whether verbally or in writing, conflicts with these Terms, these Terms will take precedence.
If any clause of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.
